Easy Installation
Simply insert an OptConnect ema™ modem into the 20-pin interface and plug the adaptor into the machine you are trying to connect to the internet. Its out of the box, plug-and-play operation with Linux, Android, Windows 7, 8, 10, and embedded environments make for a headache-free cellular experience.
emaLink
The mPCIe adaptor features an onboard 2×1 UART to USB bridge and 2 port USB 2.0 hub. This allows both the modem AT interface as well as the emaLink management interface to connect with the host device over USB 2.0 as virtual comm ports.
Full Access
Additionally, the modem’s native USB 2.0 interface is also available for use, allowing full access to the OptConnect ema™ modem, and all of its features.
